PAYMENT AND INSURANCE

Payment Policies

We strive to provide the best in complete eye care. In order to do this at a reasonable cost to you, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered. If glasses or contact lenses are ordered, you may take advantage of our 10% Prompt Pay Savings by paying in full or pay 50% down and the balance at the time of delivery.

For your convenience, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

Insurance Information

We are providers for many insurance plans, including Vision Care Direct and Vision Service Plan (VSP). If you will be utilizing vision or medical insurance, please remember to bring your insurance card with you at the time of your appointment. We will gladly assist those of you with other types of vision coverage in processing your insurance claim. In some cases, we may ask that you pay at the time services are rendered and then have your insurance carrier reimburse you directly.

Medicare

We have Medicare forms available and will submit all claims for Medicare patients as well as most other plans.
